Marvel pays tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman in an updated intro to Black Panther on Disney+.

Marvel has updated the opening to Black Panther on Disney+ to pay tribute to lead star Chadwick Boseman.

The actor died at the age of 43 in August following a secret battle with colon cancer - four years on from his first appearance as the inspirational superhero.

On Sunday Marvel debuted a new tribute to Boseman in the intro to Black Panther featuring images of the star from the movie, as well as his appearances in Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

The news comes days after Marvel revealed plans to begin shooting a second standalone Black Panther movie next summer for release in 2021.
