Katie Price takes son Harvey home from hospital

Katie Price's son Harvey is discharged from a Surrey hospital, one week after being admitted to intensive care with breathing difficulties.

Katie Price has revealed that her son Harvey has been discharged from hospital, one week on from being admitted to intensive care.

The 18-year-old was hospitalised after reporting breathing difficulties and a high temperature but appears to have staged a rapid recovery, so much so that he was allowed home with Katie on Tuesday.

Pictures of the pair leaving hospital have been published in the Daily Mail, with a source telling the newspaper: "Katie is delighted, the call was made this afternoon shortly after lunch to discharge Harvey.

"She has been overwhelmed already by well wishers. The staff, doctors and nurses are delighted but sad to see Harvey go - he is such an amazing spirit and character.

"Katie can breathe a sigh of relief and will no less be showering him with cuddles tonight.

"Katie would like to again thank all staff, the doctors and nurses at Epsom hospital and for all the wonderful, kind, ongoing support, Harvey, herself and her family have received."

Harvey's improvement comes after Katie hit out at his estranged father Dwight Yorke for not getting in touch to check in on his son.
