Watch the first trailer for new Al Capone movie Fonzo, starring Tom Hardy as the notorious gangster.

The first trailer has been released for new movie Fonzo, starring Tom Hardy as Al Capone in the later stages of his life.

The notorious gangster - also known as Scarface - spent seven years in prison in the 1930s after the events of the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre and was released in 1939.

The new movie chronicles the lesser-known story of Capone's life after he left prison and started a new life in Florida, only to be dogged by poor health before dying of a cardiac arrest in 1947 at the age of 48.
