RuPaul's Drag Race judge Michelle Visage has shared a tribute to former contestant Chi Chi DeVayne following her death on Thursday.
The 34-year-old died at the age of 34 after a battle with pneumonia and kidney problems over recent months.
"Chi Chi was a sweet, kind and loving soul," said Visage in a post on Instagram. "I'm glad I was able to spend time with you and have the privilege to get to know you off camera.
"Though your physical being has left us, your energy, love and passion will forever live on. Rest in power sweet angel."
In a statement on Chi Chi's official account, her family said: "It is with tremendous sorrow that my family and I announce the passing of my beloved son, Zavion Michael Davenport, the world renowned Chi Chi DeVayne.
"Out of respect for the immediate family, please await additional information and directives regarding the final arrangements, memorials, and the method to remit condolences and expressions of kindness.
