Jamie Foxx is said to be recovering well after suffering from a sudden "medical complication" earlier this week.
The 55-year-old was rushed to hospital in Atlanta, where he has been filming a new Netflix movie, following the mystery incident, which was initially said to be so serious that family members travelled to the city to be near him.
According to TMZ, doctors are still unsure what caused the medical emergency and plan to conduct further tests in the coming days to get a clearer picture.
The publication says that Foxx is currently doing well, however, and is "even joking with family" from his hospital bed.
Filming on Foxx's Netflix project - a comedy called Back In Action, also starring Cameron Diaz - has continued and is expected to wrap as planned next week despite the actor's absence.
