Saturday Night Live UK‘s first ever host – US SNL legend Tina Fey – has appeared in a new extended trailer ahead of the show’s launch this weekend.
In the advert, the SNL UK regular cast are brainstorming ideas for their first episode when Fey, dressed as Mary Poppins and holding an umbrella, descends from above before offering advice on what would make the show work.
Grammy and Brit Award winners Wet Leg will serve as the music guests for episode one, which airs Saturday night at 10pm on Sky One in the UK and Ireland. Internationally, SNL UK will stream Saturday nights on Crave in Canada, Sundays on Peacock in the US and Mondays on HBO Max in Australia.
