Jason Donovan has reportedly filmed a cameo scene in Emmerdale playing himself.
The singer and former Neighbours star is said to have appeared in a scene in the Woolpack alongside Karen Blick, who plays Jason superfan Lydia.
“Everyone was really excited Jason was up for taking part,” a source told The Sun.
“The plot sees superfan Lydia miss her opportunity to Jason in concert, so villagers organise for the popstar to surprise her.
“It was really fun and Jason was a real pro, he enjoyed the cameo.”
The scene is expected to play out on screen in December.
Emmerdale continues weekdays from 7am on ITVX and at 7.30pm on ITV1.
