Tate for Big Brother 2025 / ITV
Big Brother housemate Tate Reynolds has congratulated Richard Storry for being the most “deserving” winner from this year’s series.
Richard triumphed in the finale on Friday night with a commanding 37% of the vote, having entered the house as one of four latecomers on day two.
Tate, who lasted the entire duration of the seven-week series, finished sixth in the finale and took to Instagram afterwards to share his verdict with fans.
Admitting that he had spent the weekend giving his liver “a kicking”, he wrote: “Just want to say a huge thanks for everyone voting for papa wolf, genuinely thought I was only gonna last a week or 2 so to make it to the finals was bananas.
“Grateful for all the love and support post show and also for all the sick folk I’ve met, made some friends for life.
“And big congrats to Richard too, couldn’t pick a more deserving winner. #bigbrother2025#alphawolf#smoothsugar“
At age 60, Richard also gained the accolade of being the oldest winner of civilian BB in the UK by a 15-year margin.
