Heated Rivalry‘s breakout stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie have been confirmed as torchbearers for next month’s Winter Olympics.
The pair have shot to global fame in recent months due to their roles in the acclaimed drama, which tells the story of two rival hockey players who embark upon a sexual relationship.
This year the Winter Olympics are being staged in Northern Italy between February 6 and 22, with athletes from 92 countries competing in eight events – including 206 athletes from Williams’s native Canada.
The Olympics torch is currently travelling around 7,500 miles around all 110 provinces of Italy before arriving for the opening ceremony at Milan’s San Siro on February 6.
The date and location of the pair’s stint in the torch relay has yet to be confirmed.
