Big Brother winner Sophie Reade keen to join Love Island

Big Brother's 2009 winner Sophie Reade outlines her desire to go on Love Island in order to find a boyfriend.

Former Big Brother champion Sophie Reade has outlined her desire to go on the next series of ITV2 dating show Love Island.

The 31-year-old was crowned winner of the 2009 edition of the seminal reality show, doing so with the highest winning margin of any BB champion in the UK.

Reade, who changed her middle name to 'Dogface' for a challenge during the series, went on to enjoy a successful modelling career but is now focused on turning around her love life.

"I would be open to be doing more reality shows," she told the Daily Star. "It would be nice for people to see me now opposed to the Big Brother days because I've changed a lot over the last 11 years.

"I would like to do Love Island, that's a good one. I am single at the moment and it's hard to meet anyone so going on there would be good.

"When you're living with someone and spending so much time with them you get to know them a bit better than on the outside. There is no one else involved and you can really get to know each other."

Reade also revealed that she is planning to set up her own OnlyFans account.
