Adam's problems look set to go from bad to worse in Coronation Street next week.

Things look to go to bad for worse for Adam (Sam Robertson) as Valentine's Day arrives on Coronation Street next week.

In Wednesday night's episodes it was revealed that his mystery stalker is his ex Lydia (Rebecca Ryan), who has been making silent calls, sending threatening messages and sabotaging his work.

Over the coming weeks Lydia ratchets up her campaign of revenge as she looks to end Adam's relationship with wife Sarah (Tina O'Brien) for good, all the while playing the doting best friend to an oblivious Sarah. Will they cotton on to what she's doing before it's too late?

Meanwhile, new couple Jacob (Jack James Ryan) and Amy (Elle Mulvaney) face the wrath of Steve (Simon Gregson) and Tracy (Kate Ford) as they go public with their romance. When Amy is spiked in a club, Steve is certain that Jacob is the suspect and punches him - but is he actually responsible? And can he ever convince the Barlows that he's a changed man?

Elsewhere, it's a case of love rekindled for Daisy (Charlotte Jordan) and Daniel (Rob Mallard) as they decide to give their relationship another go.

Coronation Street continues Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV.
