Joe Exotic may refuse cancer treatment
Tiger King star Joe Exotic says that he may not accept treatment for cancer if tests reveal that it is at an advanced stage.

Tiger King star Joe Exotic has shared his fears that cancer may have spread as he continues to await treatment in jail.

The 58-year-old - currently two years into a lengthy jail term - revealed in May that he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer but has accused prison medics of not providing him with adequate care.

As a result, Exotic now claims that the cancer may have spread to other parts of his body and if it is determined to be at an advanced stage, he will reject treatment to prolong his life.

"They are concerned it is in my stomach and pelvis," he told The Sun. "I have not had any treatment or anything since May. I puke when I pee - the pain is that bad.

"I'm losing weight all the time and the pain in my hip and pelvis hurts. I limp to walk. And my stomach has hurt for over a year.

"When we find out where and how bad it is I will decide if I am going to do treatment. If it's stage three or four I am going to let it take me."

Meanwhile, Exotic is continuing to work on his auto-biography from within jail and is also seeking applications in a competition designed to find him a new love interest.
