5 Seconds Of Summer beat Dua Lipa to albums top spot

Aussie rockers 5 Seconds Of Summer beat Dua Lipa in the race for top spot in the UK albums chart.

5 Seconds Of Summer have claimed their second number one album in the UK after a close chart battle with Dua Lipa, the Official Charts Company has confirmed.

The Aussie four-piece's fourth studio release CALM racked up 35,000 chart sales this week, 550 copies ahead of Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia.

Last week's number one, The Weeknd's After Hours, drops to fourth although the Canadian does reclaim top spot on the singles chart, with 'Blinding Lights' displacing Saint Jhn's 'Roses'.

Dua Lipa has three songs inside the top 10, with 'Physical' up to three, 'Don't Start Now' up to fourth and 'Break My Heart' in at six.

Elsewhere, Little Mix notch up their 15th UK top 10 single with 'Break Up Song', which opens at nine.
