Owen Cooper in Adolescence / Netflix
Powerful Netflix drama Adolescence leads the way at this year’s BAFTA TV Awards, with a total of 11 nominations across the main TV Awards and the Craft Awards.
Stars Stephen Graham, Erin Doherty and Owen Cooper are among the acting nods, while Doherty also has a second nomination for her role in crime period piece A Thousand Blows.
Multi-time winners Ant and Dec fail to pick up a nomination, either as presenters of for their ITV shows, while Strictly Come Dancing and Emmerdale are also absent from the list.
Greg Davies will host this year’s ceremony, which is due to be held at London’s Southbank Centre on Sunday, May 10.
