Popstars Sam Ryder and Ella Eyre have reportedly taken part in the upcoming new series of Celebrity Race Across The World.
The next edition of the popular reality show was filmed earlier this year and is due to be broadcast on BBC One later this year.
Ryder, 36, gained fame representing the UK at Eurovision 2022 while Eyre, 32, is a singer-songwriter with a Brit Award and two MOBO Awards.
“Sam loves a challenge and he wanted to test his mettle off stage,” a source told The Sun. “He signed up with his tour manager Kaz Coles.
“Ella also decided to give Celebrity Race Across The World a go after being tapped up by the casting team.
“A challenge like this is definitely not in Ella’s comfort zone but she wanted to experience something new and push herself. Both Sam and Ella are competitive and they’re in it to win it.
“They filmed the show earlier this year but their fans will have to wait until it airs before they can see who did the best.”
The other two competing pairs have previously been revealed as sports presenting legend Jeff Stelling and his son Matt, and siblings Princess Andre and Junior Andre.
