Toby-Alexander Smith is reportedly returning to EastEnders as serial killer Gray Atkins for a new storyline.
The character was last seen four years ago in March 2022 as he was jailed for the murders of wife Chantelle (Jessica Plummer), Tina Carter (Luisa Bradshaw-White) and Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami).
According to The Sun, Gray’s comeback will be for a brief storyline involving his estranged wife Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) and their young son Jordan.
A source told the newspaper: “Gray’s return is set to be explosive. He’s got unfinished business in Walford and fans won’t see it coming.”
The storyline is expected to play out on screen this Summer.
