Serie A on DAZN
DAZN has become the primary rights holder to the Serie A in the UK and Ireland.
The streamer will show every game from the Italian top flight live, outside of the Saturday 3pm TV blackout.
Eight of the 10 games each week will be exclusive to DAZN, with the other two being carried on a non-exclusive basis.
DAZN already holds the domestic rights in Italy, as well as the rights to five games a week in the US, and has now also gained highlights in most territories around the world.
Pete Oliver, CEO of Growth Markets at DAZN, said: “Lega Serie A is one of the most storied and technically brilliant leagues in world football. Our partnership with the league has continued to grow stronger, particularly since DAZN became the main domestic broadcaster of the Serie A Championship starting with the 2021/22 season.
“This agreement reinforces DAZN’s position as the global home of football – expanding our footprint in Europe and the Americas and giving fans unrivalled access to Italian football as this summer’s FIFA Club World Cup unfolds. From Napoli to Milan, Roma to Juventus – fans want it all, and DAZN is delivering it.”
DAZN also has rights to the Club World Cup, the National League and the Saudi Pro League.
