The cast of the highly-anticipated new MCU X-Men movie has been officially revealed.
Marvel president Kevin Feige introduced the six actors playing new version of the mutant superheroes at the D23 Disney fan event in Anaheim, California on Friday night.
Sadie Sink was recently revealed to be playing Jean Grey through her appearance in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which introduced her backstory and the motivation for her antics in the movie.
As previously reported, Kit Connor has been cast as the founding X-Men member Scott Summers, aka Cyclops, while Samara Weaving will play Emma Frost.
Also revealed at D23 are Maya Boyd as Storm, Inde Navarrette as Rogue and Christopher Abbot as Professor X, while Adam Driver – appearing by video link – was confirmed as the film’s villain Mr Sinister.
Feige also announced the release date for the new film as May 5, 2028.
