Lucy Quinn for Love Island 2025 / ITV
Love Island Casa Amor bombshell Lucy Quinn was dumped from the island with her OG partner Tommy Bradley last night as the latest savage twist saw Shakira Khan and Ty Isherwood seal their fate.
Shortly after leaving, Lucy sat down with the press to talk about her time on the show…
How does it feel to be leaving the Villa in the way that you did?
“It was a bit of a shock getting dumped. But I do believe that everything happens for a reason, so obviously it was our time to go. Even if I was there for a day or the whole time, to even get the opportunity to go into the Villa and experience it all was just amazing.”
Tell us about getting to know Tommy in Casa Amor… You seemed to have had an immediate connection.
“I had my eye on Tommy, I was intrigued to get to know him as he’s such a lovely boy. I usually go for bad boys so I wanted to switch it up a bit. I really liked him when I first saw him. I kissed him in the challenge and we had a few kisses in bed and so that was nice. At the recoupling it wasn’t a nice feeling seeing Emily standing up there on her own, I didn’t know where to look to be honest, it was a little bit awkward. It was short and sweet but I really enjoyed my time in the Villa.”
Do you and Tommy have plans for making it work on the outside?
“We love food, so we’ll go for some nice food and drinks. He likes a bottle of red wine, I like a bottle of rose, so we’re going to get a few bottles and a steak! I can’t wait for that, it will be great to have some alone time. I’m gonna come to London to see him.”
What was that inevitable moment like when you walked back into the main Villa and Emily was subsequently sent home?
“At the start, I didn’t know what was going to happen! I thought I knew he’d take me back to the Villa but you never know. It’s never a nice situation, I was holding Tommy’s hand and I could see he was panicking as he wouldn’t like to upset anyone. I felt really sorry for him. I felt awful when Emily went home.”
Which couple are you rooting for to win?
“Meg and Dejon. From day one she read that tiny paragraph about him and went for that and they’re still together. It’s so cute, imagine telling your kids that!”
Love Island continues nightly at 9pm on ITV2.
