Gary spots the same van that was used to kidnap Sam outside the Kabin. He orders Rita to call the police as he goes after Sharon, but the driver pulls out a gun…

Carla rages at Sarah, accusing her of talking Adam out of the transplant for Peter as an act of revenge.
