Gemma Collins in talks for Big Brother guest stint?

Reality TV icon Gemma Collins is reportedly in talks about entering the Big Brother house for a temporary stay.

The GC, 45, was herself a housemate 10 years ago when she took part in Celebrity Big Brother in 2016, becoming known for her many outbursts and meme-worthy quotes such as “I’m claustrophobic, Darren!”

Collins re-entered the civilian series of BB the following Summer for a multi-day guest stay – and according to The Sun, she could do the same again with this year’s series.

Jedward spent a few days in the house last weekend and it is believed producers will be introducing other familiar faces for similar stays in the coming weeks, in a year in which Celebrity Big Brother was absent from the schedules.

“Gemma’s team are in talks with ITV and everyone is hopeful this gets across the line,” a source told the newspaper.

“Above all else Gemma is an intelligent, savvy businesswoman and loves her fans, and knows it would mean a lot to the fandom.

“If she signs, Gemma’s stint would come later in the series.”

Collins’s old sparring partner on Celeb BB, US reality star Tiffany Pollard, has also been rumoured for a guest stint at some point during the series.

Big Brother continues Sundays to Fridays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
