Pui Man has become the third amateur baker to be eliminated from this year’s edition of The Great British Bake Off.
The 51-year-old, who hails from Hong Kong and now lives in Essex, saw her competition come to an end in the notoriously difficult Bread Week.
Jasmine was named this week’s Star Baker after a trio of challenges that included a pull-apart monkey bread signature, a technical of glazed ring doughnuts and a tiered sweet bread showstopper.
Discussing her exit afterwards, Pui Man said: “I am a little bit disappointed but I was doing well most of the time, but I am part of the Bake Off family now so it’s not a bad thing.”
The Great British Bake Off continues next Tuesday, September 23 at 8pm on Channel 4 with Back To School Week.
