Big Brother host Will Best is reportedly one of the celebrities taking part in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
The centrepiece of the BBC’s Christmas Day schedule typically features six celebs competing with a one-off routine with the hopes of being crowned the festive champion.
Yesterday former TOWIE star Jess Wright was named as the first potential celeb in the lineup and now The Sun has identified Best, 40, as the second.
“Will has been a huge hit hosting Big Brother alongside AJ Odudu and BBC bosses were keen to snap him up for the Strictly special,” a source told the newspaper.
“He will have zero issue with slipping into a skimpy, sequinned, see-through outfit and I can’t imagine viewers will have any complaints.”
The red-top also says that former Martin Lewis Money Show co-host Angellica Bell – a contestant on this year’s Celebrity Big Brother, which Best hosted – is in “advanced talks” to take part but is considering whether to wait for a spot on the 2026 main series instead.
The insider added: “Angellica adores Strictly but it’s all about timing and right now, talks are ongoing.”
This year’s Christmas special – the final on-screen episode for hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly – is due to be pre-recorded on Tuesday, December 9.
