Michael Condron has joined the cast of Coronation Street playing an eco-activist.
The actor – known for Game of Thrones and Soft Border Patrol – will play the part of Griff, a friend of the returning fan favourite Spider (Martin Hancock).
A source told The Sun: “He’s joining as a new regular and will play Griff, an activist.
“He’s linked to the storyline that sees show legend Spider return to the soap – and fans will first see him on screen in September.”
Spider – ex of Toyah (Georgia Taylor) – returns to the cobbles at the start of next month.
