Monday, May 26

Kit arrives home to find his flat being smashed up by Brody, who tells him that he’s spoken to his dad – who has assured him that he’s innocent and it’s just a police stitch-up job. Kit calmly denies the accusations but Brody sees red and lunges at Kit, pushing him into a wall before fleeing.




Debbie’s put out when Ronnie introduces her to his ex Fiona, but Ronnie assures her that she’s just a friend. Debbie plays it off as nothing but when her phone rings, she makes out to Ronnie that she has a new boyfriend. Ronnie squares up to Carl when he informs him that he’s now barred from the Chariot Square hotel.


Eileen informs George and Brian that the drugs found in Julie’s system were hers, not Julie’s – and when Brian makes an innocuous comment, Eileen snaps and bans him from going to the funeral.

Also on Monday: Carla asks Lisa if she was serious about her proposal.

Maria fires Lou, who later bumps into Gary and apologises that Mick gave him a beating but remarks that she’s had plenty herself over the years. Feeling sorry for her, Gary buys Lou a drink – but when Maria finds them, how will she react?


Kit berates Bernie after learning that she provided Brody with an alibi, but she points out that Brody is now family. Kit’s forced to come clean to Sarah that he slept with Lou years ago and suspects Brody might be his son – how will she take the news? Later, Kit tells Brody that he will withdraw the burglary charge if he promises to stay out of trouble. Meanwhile, Mick lies on the floor in his cell after suffering a beating…

Also on Wednesday: Ronnie agrees to Fiona’s offer to sell a stolen car, but when he meets the client and discovers that he’s a grieving widow, he changes his mind. Meanwhile, Theo is troubled by something he spots on Todd’s phone.

Abi’s annoyed to discover that Kevin has given Carl at the garage. Later, with them both out of the way, Carl calls Fiona and takes delivery of a dodgy car.



Brian confronts Eileen about being the sole beneficiary of Julie’s life insurance policy but she insists that she knew nothing about it until after her sister died – and when Tracy suggests that Eileen bumped Julie off, Eileen rounds on George and blames him for ruining the funeral. Later, at the pub, they play Julie’s dream game and Eileen is left stunned when George reveals that his dream is to marry her. As George awaits her response, Eileen is saved by the sudden arrival of Jason!




Also on Friday: Lou visits a badly-beaten Mick, who tells her that Kit organised the attack and made it clear that unless he pleads guilty at his hearing then the next one will be much worse. How will he plead?
