Graham on Emmerdale on April 1, 2026 / ITV
The recently-resurrected Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) has been revealed as the mystery poisoner of Kim Tate (Claire King) on Emmerdale.
Kim has landed herself in the hospital following the incident but believes it was just an accidental overdose of her pain medication. Viewers, however, learned that Graham had tampered with her medication cupboard and, making a mysterious phone call, he revealed that his “double dose” had failed.
“Graham is clearly still incredibly angry that Kim tried to kill him six years ago,” said Scarborough, who made a shock return to the Dales in Corriedale in January. “This resulted in him faking his own death to escape the hit she put out on him.
“He lost Rhona in this process, so he still hasn’t forgiven Kim for that. She took six years of his life away. That is why he just tried to kill her – for revenge.
“I am not convinced his whole heart was in it because their relationship is complicated. I think if his whole heart were in it, he would have actually made it happen.”
New episodes of Emmerdale are released weekdays at 7am on ITVX and also air the same night at 8pm on ITV1.
