Mank, the black-and-white drama about the making of Citizen Kane, leads the way at this year's Oscars with 10 nominations.
Leading the British charge among the nominees - announced today by Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas - are Anthony Hopkins, Riz Ahmed and Gary Oldman, all up for Best Actor, while Vanessa Kirby and Carey Mulligan are in the running for Best Actress.
Olivia Colman, Sacha Baron Cohen and Daniel Kaluuya are among the supporting nods and there is a posthumous Best Actor nomination for Chadwick Boseman for his role in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom.
For the first time in Academy Awards history, two women are nominated in the Best Director category - Emerald Fennell for Promising Young Woman and Chloe Zhao for Nomadland.
The Oscars are due to be held this year on Sunday, April 25, around two months later than planned due to coronavirus.
