Tommy attempts to unlock Joel’s memory by taking him to the hospital, where Tommy’s brother Billy is lying in a coma. Hidden truths are revealed in a missing-year flashback episode…

A grieving Joel heads out to buy drugs but is stunned to come face to face with his dad, Warren Fox…

Mercedes is worried after finding blood in her poo and books herself in for a colonoscopy. She opens up to Leela about the upcoming appointment – and when she accidentally knocks over Leela’s bag, she discovers a pregnancy test. After Leela admits that she was sexually assaulted when she was drunk, Mercedes urges her to tell Joel the truth. Later, Leela’s pregnancy test comes back positive.

Freddie bumps into Warren, who recruits Arlo to deliver a message to Mercedes.

In the village, Freddie rushes to Grace and Rex, having learned that daughter Lexi has been taken to hospital after being left alone with Curtis – as Dodger watches on from afar…

At a nightclub Joel intervenes when he sees Tommy being bullied by brother Billy.

Myra-Pocahontas shows Myra and Prince a picture of the man she saw in the village and asks if it’s her dad Dodger, but Myra convinces her that it isn’t – before admitting to Prince that it is.

Sienna collapses in the market, prompting Jez to call Dodger. Despite Maxine’s fears, Dodger walks his sister through the market in full view of everyone.

Defending Tommy’s recent actions, Joel tells Leela that he thinks he should keep on seeing him.

Also on Wednesday: Grace buys Frankie and Dillon’s silence.
