BFI Southbank has unveiled a pre-Christmas programme that includes an homage to Oscar-winning director James Cameron.
The season, called The Worlds of James Cameron, will see some of his biggest films screened at BFI Southbank and the BFI IMAX at Waterloo.
Movies in the lineup include The Terminator, Aliens, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, True Lies, Titanic, Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water.
The season will climax with the third instalment in the Avatar franchise, Avatar: Fire and Ash, which will be screened from December 19.
Other highlights of the December programme include a tribute to Richard Burton, Christmas films including Gremlins and The Polar Express, as well as conversations with Will Arnett and Brendan Fraser.
