The re-release of Avengers: Endgame made a strong at the top of the UK and Ireland Box Office over the weekend with receipts of £4.12 million.
Seven years on from first release, the “encore” edition of the movie features an additional four minutes of footage and sets the scene for the upcoming release of Avengers: Doomsday, which marks Robert Downey Jr’s return to the MCU.
Heart of the Beast, a survival movie with Brad Pitt, opens at three with £2.07m, while a new version of Sense and Sensability starring Daisy Edgar-Jones is new at four with £1.54m.
