Disney animation Hoppers has made it a second consecutive weekend at the US Box Office, pushing closer to the $100m domestic mark.
The movie pulled in $28.66m (£21.54m) in its second weekend of release to take its domestic gross to $86.96m (£65.35m) – already the fifth biggest release of the year in the US.
Romantic drama Reminders of Him opened in second with $17.98m (£13.51m), while fellow new release Undertone, a Canadian horror, bowed at three after sales of $9.34m (£7.02m).
Elsewhere, Scream 7 added another $8.52m (£6.40m) for a domestic gross of $106.71m (£80.19m), a whisker short of becoming the franchise’s highest-grossing movie to date.
