Strictly Come Dancing judge and The Celebrity Traitors star Joe Marler are reportedly in the lineup for The Great Celebrity Bake Off.
Each year 20 celebs enter the famous tent – four each episode – to take on the show’s three iconic challenges, all in the aim of raising money for Stand Up To Cancer.
The show is typically filmed nine to 10 months in advance in among the regular series – and the 2027 edition is currently in progress.
Speaking about the new additions, a source told The Sun: “Anton is always TV gold and has even won a National Television Award for Talent Show Judge because he is loved by so many.
“Likewise Joe’s good nature and quick wit won him hordes of new fans when he appeared on The Celebrity Traitors so he will no doubt be brilliant on Bake Off.
“Of course it’s all for charity so no-one will mind, but it’ll no doubt be noted that two of the Beeb’s finest have lent a hand for Channel 4.
“The BBC were quick to cultivate a profile for Joe as one of their flock after The Traitors with his own BBC podcast, Joe Marler Will See You Now.”
More celebrities are expected to be named in the press in the coming weeks ahead of the show’s broadcast in March 2027.
