Sports presenting legend Jeff Stelling is reportedly taking part in the next series of Celebrity Race Across The World with his son.
The 71-year-old was a host on Sky Sports from 1992 to 2023 and now works as lead presenter on talkSPORT’s breakfast show.
The next edition of Celebrity Race Across The World has already been filmed for broadcast later this year, and The Sun says that Stelling took part alongside son Matt, 26.
“Jeff absolutely loves a challenge and when he was approached by the BBC to take part in Celebrity Race Across The World, he went for it,” a source said. “He entered with his son Matt and they had a blast together.
“The BBC know it’s a coup to get Jeff in the competition as he’s so well-respected in the football world.
“Jeff and Matt started filming back in February alongside the other celebs.”
Also thought to be in the lineup are Katie Price and Peter Andre’s children Junior Andre and Princess Andre, with more names expected to emerge in the coming months.
