Megan Forte Clarke for Love Island 2025 / ITV
OG Islander Megan Forte Clarke has been shown the door to the Love Island villa alongside Remell Mullings after the pair came bottom in a public vote of their favourite Islanders.
Soon after leaving, Megan sat down with the press to speak about her experience.
How are you feeling about leaving the Villa?
“I’m gutted to have left because I was getting to a really good place with Conor and I’d tied up loose ends with Tommy and Emily. I would’ve liked to have left on better terms with Tommy. We were getting there, but that comes with time and I didn’t have time on my side. I made best friends there and had an absolute ball.”
Were you surprised the public voted you least favourite girl?
“I was surprised because I felt like everyone was getting on, but I can see why I would’ve been there because Tommy is an absolute angel and he deserves the world.”
How were things left with you and Conor, what do you think might happen in the future?
“Me and Conor were at a really good stage. He was really upset so it broke my heart a little bit. Someone could walk in for him tomorrow and it could be different. I definitely want to have something with Conor on the outside.”
How did you leave things with Tommy and do you think you could be friends outside?
“We left it on a civil note. I think it would’ve got better with time. I think on the outside we’ll get along, we all have the same friends.”
What are your thoughts about him and Emily?
“I think they see what they’re looking for in each other. Tommy says he loves a bubbly energetic girl who’s confident and Emily’s all of those things – but she’s not as fiery as me. I think Tommy would gravitate more towards that because the minute we argued we wouldn’t see eye to eye. Emily’s always said she loved the way Tommy treated me and that’s what she wants in someone. I think they’ve got a good thing going.”
Any thoughts on the other boys?
“As much as I hate to say it, I’m going to miss Harry and his antics the most. He made me laugh like no one else in there. Dejon was like my rock in there. No matter what problem anyone had, he was there to listen.”
Love Island continues Sundays to Fridays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
