Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson has reportedly signed up to take part in this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The 48-year-old singer previously appeared as a coach on three series of The Voice from 2014 to 2016 – winning two of them – and has recently been hosting the Drivetime show on Virgin Radio.
According to The Sun, ITV has been trying to sign up Wilson “for years” but he has now decided to put pen to paper and agree to fly out to Australia this November.
A source told the newspaper: “I’m A Celeb bosses have been trying to sign Ricky up for years, but he’s always politely declined.
“Now he’s finally given in. Bosses are overjoyed and think he will be a great addition to the camp.”
Other names linked with this year’s lineup include Big Brother host AJ Odudu, Gavin & Stacey star Joanna Page and sports presenter Ade Adepitan.
