Why did you apply to take part?
“I applied to take part because I feel that it’s something that I’d be good at. When I heard what the whole show was about, I felt like it’d be cool seeing how I would work in this scenario, in this environment. And it sounds fun. When the door opened, I just had to go through it and we’ll see what happens.”
Tell us about yourself!
“I’d say a bit of confidence. I’m very outgoing. I’ll hopefully want to bring out my personality and make myself heard. Also, I feel like I’m good at gauging other people and I push myself when I want to do something. When there’s a task to fulfill, I’m going to want to do it and try my best. It might be something I’m terrible at, but I’m still going to try my best.”
Are you good at influencing others?
“I’d say I’m good at bringing up my point and making my point clear to the point where the person opposite me will understand what I’m trying to say. I’ll explain until they have understood my point of view and where I’m coming from, and with that, I might then persuade them and might make them think more like me. I don’t really tend to go out of my way to make someone change their opinion on something if it’s different to mine. Yeah, I like dogs. If you like cats, I’m not going to try and persuade you otherwise. It’s not that deep, really!”
What would you spend the money on?
“I’m not someone that tends to spend a lot of money, I’m a saver so I’d try to do that. However, if there’s a large amount of money, I might just treat myself. I’ll probably go explore the world, go on a holiday, and maybe something for my family and friends.”
The Inheritance begins tonight at 9pm on Channel 4.
