US Open tennis on Sky until 2030
Sky Sports has agreed a new three-year deal for broadcast rights to the US Open tennis tournament in the UK and Ireland until at least the end of 2030.
The news comes ahead of the finals of the fourth tennis Grand Slam this weekend at Flushing Meadows, New York, where German Sascha Zverev is the favourite for the men’s title and Aryna Sabalenka is looking to make it three women’s titles in a row.
The US Open is the only current Slam on the books of Sky Sports, which also boasts the majority of the ATP and WTA tours on its Sky Sports Tennis channel – with Wimbledon broadcast by the BBC and both the Australian Open and French Open being shown by TNT Sports.
