Picture Spoilers: This week on Coronation Street (December 1-5)

This week on Coronation Street, Theo forces Todd to hide away in the flat so that nobody sees his facial injuries.

Meanwhile, Dee Dee comes to a huge decision, Becky tries frantically to cover her tracks and Debbie makes a brave stand.

Monday, December 1

Debbie takes to the stage for the Women In Business event to give her speech but forgets the password to her iPad and panics. After taking a moment she discards the iPad and gives a heartfelt speech disclosing her recent dementia diagnosis and explaining how she intends to fight it all of the way.

When Nina reveals that Roy received a letter this morning that seemed to rattle him, Shona decides to go through his post to find out what it is – but how will Roy react when he catches her red-handed?

Theo convinces Todd to stay in the flat for a few days in case people see his injuries and get the wrong end of the stick. Later, Theo plays along when Summer reveals that Todd has cancelled on her to go to London. Meanwhile Todd peers out of the window but hides when someone looks up at him.

In The Rovers, Summer tells Theo that she saw someone in the flat and reasons that as Todd is in London it must be a burglar. Gary and Ben insist on joining Theo at the flat as back-ups… is the lie about Todd about to be revealed?

Also on Monday: Lisa attempts to persuade Carla to give things another go, while Asha returns home from the mental health unit.

Wednesday, December 3

Lisa tells Becky that they may have found out who attacked Costello – a lad nicknamed ‘Soap’. Becky plays dumb but then goes to meet Soap to collect Costello’s burner and personal phones.

Later at the hospital, Becky grabs a syringe with the intent of killing Costello before he is brought out of his coma – but then Lisa arrives…

At the Rovers, Megan tells Daniel that she’s had an email confirming her interview at Weatherfield High. When he tentatively asks her out on a date, she delightedly accepts as Will fumes in the background.

When Liam asks Will about his life in Hull and if he has a girlfriend, Will gets offended and squares up to Liam just as a horrified Maria arrives.

Also on Wednesday: Todd’s heart sinks when Theo presents him with a fitness watch and suggests that he set himself a new 10k goal. Later, Christina catches Todd returning from a run on agony and insists on taking him for a cuppa as Theo watches on with a face like thunder.

Friday, December 5

Maggie offers to have a word when Ollie reveals that Dee Dee has dumped him. Meanwhile, Dee Dee confides some big news in Alya.

Kit tells Carla that he is certain that Becky is behind the attack on Costello but it will be hard to prove without Costello’s phone. At the hospital, Becky gets chatting to Costello’s daughter and in the process is able to ascertain his iPad password – but is it too late?

As Theo and Todd bring a new exercise bike into the flat, a passing Billy and Summer notice the cut on Todd’s face and Theo explains that it was an accident while he was in London, but Billy’s unconvinced.

Later, Danielle arrives at the flat and announces that she’s taking the kids to Tenerife for Christmas – and somehow Theo ends up blaming Todd for the decision. Todd snaps and declares that he can’t take it any more but as he makes to leave, Theo starts slapping himself in the face.

Also on Friday: Heartbroken Will watches on as Daniel and Megan kiss passionately.
