Sibling tension reaches a dangerous new height on tomorrow’s Coronation Street as Jodie (Olivia Frances-Brown) draws a gun on her own sister.
For months Jodie has been machinating against Shona (Julia Goulding), progressively worming her way into her sister’s life and doing her best to convince her that she is going mad.
In Thursday’s episode Jodie appears to have finally got Shona out of the way and sets about seducing her husband David (Jack P Shepherd) as part of a master plan to take over Shona’s life.
David’s head looks to have been turned – but then Shona arrives to confront her sister for trying to ruin her life.
In the ensuing fracas Jodie pulls out the gun she acquired several months ago – but having previously claimed it was a fake, Shona and David ignore her threats, until a gunshot rings out…
New episodes of Coronation Street drop weekdays at 7am on ITVX and air the same night at 8.30pm on ITV1.
