This week on EastEnders, Nigel and Phil are surprised when Julie shows up in the Square.
Meanwhile, Lauren’s brother Oscar is also back in E20, potential bidders for The Vic emerge and Harry finds himself deeper in Ravi’s pocket.

Monday, July 14

Lauren is shocked to get a call which ends up with her reuniting with brother Oscar, who tells her where he’s been and why he can’t go back home. Oscar eventually convinces her to let him stay for a while as his arrival comes as a surprise to Peter, Ian, Jack and the kids. But is there more to the situation than meets the eye?




Ravi gives Harry some drugs to sell to pay off his debt. By the end of the day Harry’s frazzled and after a row with Teddy, he decides that it’s time to move out.


Also on Monday: Jay decides to get in touch with Julie against Phil’s wishes, while Linda tells Kat that she plans to sell The Vic in an auction.

Oscar makes a big impression as he settles in Walford, leaving Stacey in particular amused when he tries to scam Ian out of money by faking a fall in the chippie.



Kojo comes to the rescue when Harry needs a place to live.

Ian tells Harvey and Kathy that it’s time to build back the Beale empire – he’s going to bid for The Vic.


Nigel and Phil are shocked when Julie arrives in the Square – and Nigel becomes overwhelmed as he doesn’t recognise her at first. Later, Phil shows Julie a video that Nigel made for her to explain why he left and after some thought, she tells Phil that she’s taking Nigel home to Scotland.

After some advice from Jack, Lauren offers Oscar a trial on the fruit and veg stall as a chance to turn his life around.



Ian is furious when Stacey wins £100k on a scratchcard and decides to go up against him for The Vic.


George voices some concerns about Harry to Kojo.


Linda tries to support Phil as he struggles to deal with the thought of Nigel leaving Walford. Later, as Julie and Phil argue again, Nigel begs them to stop and rushes out.



Also on Tuesday: Callum is jealous to learn that Johnny had a one-night stand after he ended things between them.

Linda invites Phil for a chat upstairs at The Vic, but in the process he catches Callum and Johnny together and loses it. Later, Callum visits Phil and begs him not to tell Ben and Lexi but Phil’s not having it and another row ensues.




Oscar causes chaos on his first day at the market but after he learns about Jimmy’s condition, he proves that he can be serious and knuckles down.

Stacey’s spooked to find a man in a suit outside the house, convinced he’s a bailiff, but then discovers that he works for an insurance company…


Harry is uneasy when Ravi tells him that they can hoodwink Kojo and use his flat whenever they need to.
