Brookside stars Philip Olivier and Suzanne Collins have joined the cast of Hollyoaks full time following their appearances in the crossover episode last year.
Olivier will be back as Tinhead, and Collins as Tinhead’s partner Nikki, in storylines starting from this month.
A source told The Sun: “Philip will appear as Tim ‘Tinhead’ O’Leary from this month and will instantly see sparks flying with regular Hollyoaks character, Liberty Savage, played by Jessamy Stodart.
“But whilst it appears that a connection could be blossoming, fans will quickly realise that Tinhead has an ulterior motive to pursuing Liberty.
“Meanwhile, Suzanne will be back as Nikki Shadwick and will waste no time in ruffling feathers.
“She will first be seen forming a solid friendship with Mercedes McQueen, played by Jennifer Metcalfe, after the pair meet at a rehabilitation clinic.”
Hollyoaks continues Monday to Wednesday from 7am on Channel 4 streaming and at 7pm on E4.
