Now You See Me: Now You Don’t pipped The Running Man to the top of the UK and Ireland Box Office by the smallest of margins over the weekend.
The third instalment of the heist franchise, which introduces new cast member Dominic Sessa to the ensemble, ended the weekend with £2.384m.
Meanwhile a new adaptation of dystopian novel The Running Man with Glen Powell at the helm finished with £2.383m including previews for second place – a difference of just £749.
Predator: Badlands dropped two places to third for a total of £4.26m to date, while in fourth WWII movie Nuremberg – starring Russell Crowe and Rami Malek – opened with £898k.
