Pauline and Rob both face eviction from Big Brother this Friday after the housemates nominated face to face.
As part of the House of Revelations theme for the week, each of the housemates had to stand in front of the group and make their nominations, explaining the reasons for their choices.
As newcomers, Twinks and Catrin could not be nominated this week but still had the right to nominate.
Scroll on to see each housemate’s nominations and their reasonings!
Frankie
Philip: “You talk a lot of shit about people in this house, but out of everyone, I feel like you get away with it. Also, as time goes on, I feel like people are going to be leaving. I don’t want to be in that situation where I’m getting talked shit about.
Rob: “Yesterday a lot of us disagreed with you stepping on the table, and I feel like you kind of lost your temper a little bit, which is fine – we’ve all done that. But I feel like you didn’t understand any of our points of view and why it was quite unclean for you to be jumping on the table.”
Omar
Rob: “It’s not even about the table, bro. I just think the songs are so fucking annoying. Like, they honestly drive me nuts, bro. Every single one of them, bro. It’s just fucking annoying, bro.”
Yasmin: “The reason why I’m picking Yasmin: you walk around the house at 600 decibels. It’s absolutely, to me, like, it’s just a bit jarring. I feel like you’re a bit of a bone collector. You take pride in stirring up the pot within the house. Like, it’s literally your thing. Your most major contribution to the household is creating chaos.”
Pauline
Omar: “Because I feel like, obviously we did Million Pound Shop, and when we’re doing something, I feel like a lot of the time you don’t lock in. It’s like, when we’re there, I need you there, and sometimes you’re not. A lot of the time as well, when we gather in group settings, when Big Brother calls us, you may be the last one some of the time to get there.”
Rochelle: “The behaviour on Friday following the result I found to be classless, uncouth, completely unnecessary. Also, where the food is concerned, a lot of things were rescinded off the shopping list, which I didn’t appreciate. Also, Rochelle’s going off on me about yoghurts when there are clearly other yoghurts in there, but organic. I didn’t say that she couldn’t have it. What I said was simply ask. Plain and simple.”
Harry
Philip: “I’m nominating Philip because he said I’m stupid and I’m playing a game. I was really upset.”
Rochelle: “I’m voting for Rochelle because she said I’m stupid and playing a game. I’m not a game player. I’m not bothered about money or anything like that. I literally don’t care. Like, if I was playing a game, I would play a game, just ignore certain people, go into groups. I chat to everyone, do my own thing. I don’t know what I’m talking about half the time, so I wouldn’t know how to play a game.”
Rhianna
Pauline: “I feel like me and others may have felt really restricted from touching the organic food that you have asked for. I’d understand if you were obviously allergic or whatever, but the fact that it’s just a preference, I just feel like it’s not really fair on others. I think anyone can have anything they want in the house.”
Rob: “I love singing, but I think there’s a time and place, and sometimes when you’re constantly hearing that, it will give me a headache, and it has given me a headache. I love that you have fun, but to me it can be really annoying, and that is my reason why. Sorry.”
Rob
Omar: “I don’t think this will come as a surprise after the events of this last week. My first nomination is you, Omar. I just think it’s a little bit hypocritical that you are there saying that people are being too sensitive, and then you are absolutely losing your shit over somebody dancing on a table.
Lynx: “After the whole situation, again, I think that you took quite a moral high ground on that in a sort of ‘I would never do such a thing’ sort of way. And at the end of the day, we have all done things in this house that everyone else finds a bit strange, a bit weird. And if it was that much of an issue, I just wish you’d come to me sooner and spoken about it.”
Philip
Pauline: “I think where you carry on about organic, the food, and the other week when we had the shopping task and we had nothing, people were hungry and people were a bit afraid, I think, personally, to go get something, when really everything in the fridge, if you were hungry, it should have just been for everyone.”
Rob: “Rob, it’s the fucking singing all the time. It’s the singing constantly, constantly, constantly. And the feet one.”
Rochelle
Pauline: “First of all, I was euphoric on Friday. Calling me classless and the other rubbish… that’s what the other person did to try and knock me down, and I think that’s probably a bit of jealousy, to be honest. The second reason is the food situation. I saw you eating a pizza the other day that clearly isn’t organic, eating crisps that aren’t organic. As other people have said, if you have an allergy or a health reason, that’s completely valid. But I think you called me selfish, and I actually think you should take a look at yourself on that.”
Sam: “You did really piss me off, what you did to my bed. I think that’s really unhygienic. Other than that, there isn’t… You’re not a nasty boy, you’re a young boy. I have to nominate someone.”
Samuel
Rochelle: “I think recently we’ve been getting along like chalk and cheese, oil and water, I believe, and especially with the little prank war. And I think if I quizzed you right now, you wouldn’t really understand anything about my life. But I’m really getting to know you. I know all about your family, your kids, your pets, your horses, and I feel like if you spent less time thinking, ‘Me, me, me, I, I, I,’ we would all get along much better in this house. So that would be my criticism for you.”
Omar: “Post-Chelsey’s elimination, I wanted to really spend more time getting to know Lynx, Rihanna and yourself. And since then I’ve really had some really nice conversations with Lynx and Rihanna, and I feel like the conversations we have are extremely surface-level. So maybe this could be a good starting point for us to really start to click. But who the hell knows? You might be a bit cross with me. But yeah, I think this is just me saying, ‘Yeah, let’s properly get to know each other more’.”
Yasmin
Rob: “Obviously yesterday we had that challenge, but your reaction to that challenge… I’m so happy you stood up for yourself. But in my head I was just thinking, ‘If I had a problem with you, would I be able to come over to you and say it?’ I feel like with everybody else, I could have a conversation and there wouldn’t be a whole song and dance about it. But I feel like after yesterday, I don’t feel like I can do that with you.”
Omar: “If this was a week ago, I would never have dreamed of nominating Omar, especially with how close we’ve been. I think Omar thinks sometimes we’ve been friends for years and years and years, and he can chat any type of shit to me, and I’ll just have to take it. Calling me dumb, stupid. My friends on the outside wouldn’t speak to me like that. I don’t think anybody here would speak to me like that.”
Lynx
Pauline: “I’ve nominated Pauline for eviction because of the food situation, when it comes to food being organic or certain yoghurts or certain coconut waters and whatever else. If it was a thing where it would affect her health if she was to have something that is not organic or something along those lines, then I’d understand. But for the greater good of everyone here, if someone wants something, I feel like they should be able to have it at any time. The food is there for everyone.”
Rob: “More for the situation yesterday. Obviously we were playing the game, but it was more the comments afterwards. I really didn’t see why there was any sarcasm on it. To me it was just like, ‘Well, what would you want me to do? Do you want me to sort of react to the sarcasm in the game itself?’ Just wasn’t here for it. I personally just didn’t appreciate the sarcasm when it comes to it.”
Catrin
Sam: “You’re a very, very smart individual. You are so smart, and I think you could play the game very well. I’m not saying that you are playing the game, but it could be used to your advantage.”
Pauline: “On the first day here, I think I had a conversation with near enough everyone, but obviously I think you spent the entire day in bed, and it would have been nice to have gotten to know you better. I know you were really upset by the whole Johanne situation, and I know that now, but I just think you could have had a little bit more effort for the new housemates, making their stay a bit more welcome. Yeah, that’s really the only reason I can give. I don’t know anything about the organic situation. I am just a vegetarian.”
Twinks
Rochelle: “I genuinely think you’re an iconic diva, but the last couple of days felt very uncomfortable. If I hadn’t come and spoken to you while you were trapped in jail, you would have ignored me forever. And as someone that was new in the house, yeah, it felt quite unwelcoming.”
Frankie: “I don’t think I can trust you. All of the uncomfortable moments I’ve had in the first 48 hours have come because you’ve really put me out there on blast. Certain things about me have found their way around the house when I’ve had conversations that I thought were maybe just for us. And so the first 48 hours have been made uncomfortable, and you’ve been the source of that, I think.”
