Five possible entrants for Eurovision 2027 have been revealed ahead of Canada’s debut in the competition.
Canada will become the first new country to be admitted to the contest since Australia’s successful integration in 2015, with their chosen act taking to the stage in Burgas, Bulgaria next May.
National broadcaster CBC is organising Canada’s participation and appointed a professional jury to whittle prospective entrants down to a final five.
The Canadian public will now decide which of the five will fly the flag in Burgas via an online vote running from now until November 5.
