Joe Swash is reportedly in talks about appearing in the 2027 series of Celebrity Race Across The World.
The show typically films around eight months advance, meaning that producers are already working on the next series before this year’s series has even aired.
According to The Sun, former EastEnders star Swash is wanted for the lineup – although if he does appear, it would not be with wife Stacey Solomon and instead he would be paired up with his 19-year-old son Harry.
A source told the newspaper: “Series four hasn’t even aired yet, but already producers are locking in stars for series five.
“They thought that previous contestants, dad and son Jeff and Freddy Brazier, were great, and that Joe and his son would build on that.
“Hopefully, he and Joe will deliver some really moving scenes on camera.”
The 2027 series is due to be filmed next March, while this year’s series is likely to begin on BBC One in October or November.
