Celebrity hair stylist and Kim Kardashian’s BFF Chris Appleton has been announced as the fourth celebrity competing on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
The 43-year-old Brit – previously married to The White Lotus actor Lukas Gage – has an extensive list of Hollywood clients, including Kardashian, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Jennifer Lopez.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Strictly Come Dancing and coming home to the UK for this incredible experience,” he said.
“I’ve always believed that the best things happen when you take a chance and try something new. I may know my way around a salon floor, but the dance floor is a whole different story – and I can’t wait to get started.”
The BBC is gradually announcing the lineup for the show over the course of the Summer and has previously confirmed ex-EastEnders actress Lacey Turner, returning reality star Dani Dyer and Aussie popstar Delta Goodrem as contestants.
The new series launches in September.
