Saturday Night Live UK will return for its second season on September 12, Sky has confirmed.
The British version of the US comedy institution was a sleeper hit when it debuted on Sky One earlier this year, with the likes of Tina Fey, Jamie Dornan and Hannah Waddingham among the guest hosts.
Sky soon commissioned a 12-episode second season – and now the broadcaster has revealed that the first six episodes will air this Autumn, with the other six following in early 2027.
The first six will be punctuated with a one-week break in early October, with episodes due to air on September 12, September 19, September 26, October 10, October 17 and October 24.
All 11 members of the core cast will return for season two – Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi and Paddy Young.
Details of the guest hosts and music guests will be revealed in the coming weeks.
