Will and Ian in Twenty Twenty Six / BBC
The BBC has shared a first look at Twenty Twenty Six, the newest instalment in the W1A universe.
The programme, which started out as Twenty Twelve, is a satirical take on the management of the BBC starring Hugh Bonneville as Ian Fletcher, the corporation’s Head of Integrity.
Hugh Skinner is back as Will Humphries, Ian’s PA, for Twenty Twenty Six, which will follow the team in Miami as they look to deliver flawless coverage of the 2026 World Cup.
“It’s been absolutely ages since I played Will in W1A,” said Skinner. “He’s still on the whole, completely useless and I’m thrilled to be having another go.
“It’s been a complete joy being back with the cast and crew, old and new, and I am so looking forward to seeing what audiences make of the Twenty Twenty Six Oversight Team.”
The six-part series is due to air on BBC One next year – scroll on for a first look!
