ITV has released a first-look trailer of the action to come in Coronation Street next month.
One of the key storylines will centre around Todd (Gareth Pierce), whose relationship with controlling Theo (James Cartwright) takes a sinister turn into physical abuse.
Meanwhile, Carl’s (Jonathan Howard) dodgy car dealings draw in youngsters Brody (Ryan Mulvey) and Dylan (Liam McCheyne) – and the preview clip hints at them being involved in a car crash.
Elsewhere, after Carla’s (Alison King) thwarted attempts to propose to Lisa (Vicky Myers) she pulls out all the stops with the hopes of finally getting engaged – but will fate intervene again?
