UK Charts: KPop Demon Hunters challenged by Sabrina Carpenter

Sabrina Carpenter could knock KPop Demon Hunters off the top of the UK singles chart, according to early figures.

Based on the first two days of sales, HUNTR/X’s ‘Golden’ from the phenomenally-successful Netflix film is on track to retain the top spot but is facing a challenge from Carpenter with her new track ‘Tears’.

The song comes from the 26-year-old’s seventh studio album Man’s Best Friend, which also has two other tracks in the midweek top ten – ‘My Man On Willpower’ at four and ‘Sugar Talking’ at six.

Sja Boyz, also from KPop Demon Hunters, have two tracks still in the top ten, at five and eight, while Olivia Dean has three songs still inside the top 20.
